Gocek, Turkey

September 24-28, 2008
We flew on Turkish Airline from Istanbul to Gocek. The terrain reminded me of Southern California that had seen some rain (lots of green scrubs instead of brown).
Gocek is a yachting village by the Mediterranean and we had beautiful weather while we were there. Would had loved to drive around this region but alas, Colin had to work.

Boating on the Mediterranean. Colin and I snorkeled here. We saw lots of tiny fish no big ones.

















Had lunch here during our boating with the conference folks. Never did catch the name of the restaurant but very popular with boating community apparently.
