On Belay

Lauren and Emma had to climb again. So they did. They want to do it all the time.

So I learned to belay. Learned to make the double figure 8 knot followed by the fisherman's knot. Promised to never take my brake hand off the rope.

Now if only someone can belay so I can climb.
