Hawaii

Hawaii is a great layover. We highly recommend it.

With our things in transit (somewhere over the Pacific Ocean and some in storage in Hong Kong) and pets in cattery, we strapped ourselves in the plane and waited for Hawaii to envelop us. We landed with 4 huge duffel bags, 4 roll aboards, 4 personal carryons and 4 tired bodies. Oh and 1 golf bag.

We spent time with Colin's parents and visited Grandma (she's 95!). My sister Rossan and her family joined us as well as Colin's brother Derek and his family. We had a grand time and were very sad to leave but Hong Kong awaits.
